FAQ

1. What is the turn around time for my order?

• Currently it is 7-10 business days. This can vary as my items are created on a first come first serve basis. It's best to contact us for an accurate timeline if needed. Please provide as much notice as possible as I can get quite busy, especially around holidays.

2. Where is pick up?

• Near 200th St. and 72nd Ave. in Langley, BC

3. How do I make a custom request?

• Visit the 'contact' page and send me an email or add your request into the notes section at checkout.

4. What are the color options?

• Almost any regular paint color can be accommodated. Please indicate your color request at checkout. For stain options, see the sample stain photo we've included in the product photos.

5. Help! I have a rush order! Can you help me?

• It isn't always possible, however, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

6. Do you do licensed images and logos?

• We can only provide them if you own the rights. For example, your own company logo will work perfectly. Things like Disney and sports teams are prohibited.

7. Do you offer shipping?

• Only local pickup is offered at the moment. Stay tuned as we may be adding shipping in the near future.

8. Do you offer refunds or returns?

• A full refund can be accommodated after an order is placed but before production has begun. It will be processed immediately upon request.
• Returns are not accepted but I'm more than happy to try and remedy an issue if it arises.
